Well for starters don’t you need a plan or something
for a healthy exorcise schedule? Punching things
isn’t going to help unless you’re– you? I don’t know
man you got all that going for you but I don’t think
it works that way for others.
And there are other forms of exorcise like push-ups,
crunches, squats, swimming, bike riding.
And you’re just there punching everything
I am surprised your arms aren’t bigger
than the rest of your body yet.
